Clays 'Sip on the Brightside' Cocktail Offer Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a cocktail as part of Clays 'Sip on the Brightside' cocktail offer, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

The offer is being run by Clays (Trigger Group Limited).

The offer The cocktail is a Clay Burst featuring Beefeater Pink Gin, with fresh lemon, cranberry & raspberry tea syrup.

The offer allows one Clay Burst cocktail to be purchased at £6.00.

The offer is valid Monday - Friday only between the hours of 15.00 - 18.00 inclusive. Including bank holidays.

The offer is valid from Thursday 13th April 2023 and will end at the discretion of Clays, who reserve the right to not give notice on the offer ending.

The offer is valid at 55 Moorgate, London EC2R 6LL and Unit B1 on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ.

The cocktail is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

You must be over 18 to participate in this offer. Please drink responsibly.

Limitation of Liability

Clays does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the offer

Clays reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The decision of Clays regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
