Clays Halloween Offer Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Clays Halloween offer, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

The offer is being run by Clays (Trigger Group Limited).

**The offer **

Customers with a peg booking and dressed in Halloween attire will be entitled to one shot of Clays signature cocktail per person. This will be at the discretion of Clays.

The offer is valid from Thursday 26 until Tuesday 31 October.

The offer is valid at 55 Moorgate, London EC2R 6LL and Unit B1 on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ.

The cocktail is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

All personal information shall be used in accordance with Clays Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Clays does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the offer

General

Clays reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The decision of Clays regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
