Festival 14 Sundowner Cocktail Offer Terms and Conditions

By purchasing Clays Festival 14 cocktail offer, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. The offer is being run by Clays (Trigger Group Limited).

The Offer

There are four cocktails in the Clays Festival 14 cocktail offer: Clay Burst, Jack’s Orchard, Penelope, and Precision Punch.

The offer is for one cocktail of any of Clay Burst, Jack’s Orchard, Penelope, and Precision Punch to be purchased at the price of £6.00 subject to availability.

The offer is valid Wednesday 26th July - Sunday 30th July 2023, between the hours of 15.00 - 18.00 inclusive.

The offer is available to people aged 18 or over.

The offer will end at the discretion of Clays who reserve the right to not give notice on the offer ending.

The offer is valid at Clays Canary Wharf only. Clays, Unit B1 on the wharf at West India North Dockside, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ.

The cocktails are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

All personal information shall be used in accordance with Clays Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Clays does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the offer

General

Please drink responsibly. Offer is available to over 18s only.

Clays reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The decision of Clays regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
